“Ensemble” | Solo Exhibition featuring Nathan Beard

Coming in March: An immersive, musical and must-see new solo exhibition, "ENSEMBLE," featuring the work of @nathanbeardfineart !

St Petersburg, FL artist Nathan Beard has been developing his Exit Music series for over 13 years. Good Art Co. is excited to present "Ensemble", a collection of exploratory projects stemming from Exit Music that continue his main interest in transformational states of being and the construction of self and society.

Utilizing collage, printmaking, repurposed paintings, rug and mural design, jazz interpretation, and homages to Hans Hoffman and Egyptian Opera, "Ensemble" leans hard into the musical aspect of Beard's signature rhythmic technique in an effort to present all the projects as players in the Exit Music band. "Ensemble" also includes a special installation inspired by his daughter's heart surgery, with 15% of print sales donated to Heart Kids Foundation, an organization that supports families through the heart surgery process.

On display: March 4th -- April 25th

First Friday Art Party: March 6th, 6-9pm

Musical Performance Events: TBD (Date coming soon!)

  • Good Art Co. curates a few "types" of shows to rotate through every year. We intentionally seek out shows or ideas that reflect our "4 C's"—exhibitions that focus on or promote: CURRENT (reflecting a trending topic we're seeing in the Upstate), CULTURE (reflecting something unique about an Upstate community), CAUSES (reflecting a nonprofit or charitable cause), and COMMUNITY (reflecting a local group or somehow lifting up a local group).

  • You can send us a message on our "Contact" page under the category "artists and creatives." We will get back in touch if the show or idea is in line with our mission and if we forsee a potential timeslot opening. Please also subscribe to our newsletter, and follow us on social! We send our calls for artists via email and social media.

  • We send out calls for artists every few months. To be alerted of those, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social!

  • Good Art Co. handles everything: show installation, promotion, media and publicity, opening and closing receptions + food and drinks, sales and sales tax, packaging and de-installation, and more. The artist is responsible for dropping off and picking up work, although we can arrange help.
