Drawn to Dusk: Solo Exhibit featuring Lauren Leslie

DRAWN TO DUSK presents new graphite and charcoal drawings by Atlanta-based artist Lauren Lesley. This solo exhibition provides a quiet space of reflection and comfort, featuring intimate, carefully rendered images of childhood objects and collected keepsakes that explore how memories become emotional anchors in times of uncertainty.

The title DRAWN TO DUSK represents moments of transition, like coming of age, relocation, grief, and the unspoken tension of an increasingly fragile world in social, environmental, and emotional flux. During these moments, nostalgia becomes both a gentle escape and a way to cope, reconnect, and safeguard the parts of ourselves we fear losing. Step close to experience the subtle textures and details where each pencil stroke honors what time changes, preserves the trace of a moment, and creates space for both memory and growth.

“Reflections” | A Solo Exhibition featuring Monica Iversen

Rekindle childlike joy. Discover timeless stories in whimsical scenes. Slow down, look closer, and smile.

This is what awaits you in “Reflections,” a new immersive solo exhibition of work by Monica Iversen. In “Reflections,” Iversen invites viewers into a world where memory, emotion, and storytelling converge through the lens of childhood. Featuring a collection of oil paintings that spotlight vintage toys and children—primarily from the 1960s and earlier, with many one-of-a-kind props on view as well—this exhibition draws on the universal language of nostalgia to spark both joy and introspection.

Each work tells a rich and layered story, capturing fleeting moments and small wonders that often go unnoticed in our hurried lives. Through richly layered narratives, the paintings encourage viewers to slow down and reconnect with the simple, meaningful details of life.

“In a fast-paced world, we don’t slow down long enough to appreciate the little things,” the artist says. “I hope my work will cause people to hit the pause button in their life.”

“Reflections” is a gentle reminder of the beauty in the everyday, the charm of the past, and the emotional resonance found in seemingly ordinary moments.
