6-Session Oil Painting Workshop with Diarmuid Kelley
“Oil Painting - A Classical Approach to Realism”
January - 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th and February - 2nd, 9th.
Inspired by the traditions of the Italian and Dutch masters this class explores how light, color and mood can transform everyday subjects. Sessions focus on composition, tonal harmony, brushwork and step by step instruction on how to elevate each artists painting skills. Each student receives personalized guidance to strengthen technique while developing an authentic expressive approach to painting.

When: Six Monday morning classes from 10am-12:30pm in January and February 2026 (1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, and 2/9).
Duration: 2.5 hours per session (6 sessions total)
Where: The Good Art Co. main floor gallery – 10 Central Ave., Greenville, SC 29601
Ticket: $300 for all six sessions. Materials list provided upon registration.

Who Should Join: Intermediate and advanced level artists with some prior oil painting experience.
